IN-SALON AND ONLINE TRAINING (Applies mostly to In-Salon Bookings)

TRANSFERRING A COURSE DATE

We provide a FREE course transfer on an alternative date. We understand that situations can arise that are out of control. We can provide an alternative date as long as it is provided in writing prior to 7 working days before the course start date. We can only transfer students if the alternative course has availability. If notice is received less than 7 days before the course start date then a £15 transfer admin fee will be charged.

NO REFUND IS PROVIDED IN EVENT OF A COURSE TRANSFER.

NO REFUNDS IS PROVIDED IF A BOOKED DATE HAS TO BE RESCHEDULED FOR ANY REASON OUTSIDE OF SW HAIR TRAINING ACADEMY CONTROL.

NO MORE THAN 1 TRANSFER IS ALLOWED.

BOOKINGS

Bookings should be made on-line or via calling and speaking to a representative. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking has been processed by our admin team. Course prices listed on the website include the full cost of the course including course materials. When a deposit has been paid to secure your date your remaining balance must be cleared BEFORE your training date.

IN-SALON COURSE CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel a course then we must be notified 14 WORKING days prior to the start date . Students will receive a free course transfer if 14 working days or more notice is provided. If you do not attend a course date and give no prior notice to the academy then the course fee is still fully payable in full and no course transfer is allowed unless a special request is made. We reserve the right to alter teachers & venues without prior notice.

ON-SITE COURSES / WE COME TO YOU COURSE CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel a ON-SITE course then we must be notified 21 WORKING days prior to the booked date. No refunds on cancellations within 21 working days of your booked course. You may however reschedule your course to an alternative date (once) with NO CHARGE.

ONLINE COURSE CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (COURSES CARRIED OUT ONLINE AND CAN BE STARTED ANYTIME AFTER PURCHASE) - ONE REASON IS THAT CONTENT WOULD ALREADY BE CONSUMED.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

If you have any special requirementswe will try to accommodate for you as long as we have been notified in advance.

COURSE INSTRUCTIONS

Course instructions are sent out to students approx within 6 working hours of making the booking and venue details are sent 7 to 14 days before the course date. In this email you will get course information and other notifications. If you have not received any course instructions before the course date then please contact us.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A STUDENT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION WHEN MAKING THE BOOKING, YOU SHOULD ALSO CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL BOX.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR STUDENTS NOT RECEIVING EMAILS INSTRUCTIONS AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.

IT IS THE STUDENTS DUTY TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE RECEIVED ALL COURSE INFORMATION.

VENUES

The specific venue details are sent out in the course instructions. If you do not receive this 7 days before your course please contact us.

DRESS CODE

The course has no dress code but it is advised to wear comfortable clothing as most of our courses are practical.

SUPPORT

After completing your course all students have a life time FREE support guarantee with us. Details are giving to you during your course day.

WHOLESALE HAIR ORDERS

Given Delivery timescales will fluctuate. No refunds will be given if delivery timescales are changed. Items awaiting delivery are Non-Refundable.

Branded Hair Line

Please note the following policies regarding refunds: Branded Hair Lines: Refunds are not available for Branded Hair Line packages. Websites: Once a website is built, it is non-refundable. Hair Stock: As these are wholesale orders, hair stock is non-refundable once ordered. All other marketing services are non-refundable.

LIABILITY & RE-TRAINING

We do not accept any responsibility for students who fail to obtain public liability insurance. Howevver, we supply you with guaranteed Insurance companies. We do not accept any injury or accident to clients resulting from students following instructions they learn on courses.  Our courses are practical and interactive courses made and designed for people to train and go into work places or start their business. Each course has a set criteria of hours before practicing on real clients. If at the end of your course you are not completely satisfied / comfortable with your training please either let your teacher or assistant know at the end of your course or within 7 days of your course and you can come back to the next month’s training course FREE of charge. If you don’t let us know within 7 days of your course, you can attend a refresher at a discounted rate. Free course refresher’s are valid from 3 months of original course date only. Thereafter, a fee of £149 is payable to if retraining within 1 year of course date.To attend a course refresher, the student must bring their full training kit to undertake the training course.
